Cosmetics are from closeouts and liquidations, shelf pulls, or overstocks.  Packing may not be perfect (scratches, worn, creases) but they are all sealed.  May have store stickers/clearance stickers on them.

Blushes sometimes have some loose powder dust in them as seen in picture.
